Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Pole Line
Pre-stressed Concrete Poles/piles are manufactured by Centrifugal Spun Technology , it is a kind of high strength precast concrete product. the normal specification is diameter from 300-1000mm , length 6-15m. and the Concrete strength will be about C50, C60, C80 for different application.
the following we will introduce about the whole production line of the pre-stressed concrete poles, and piles.
1. Centrifugal Spinning Machine
Centrifugal Spinning Machine for spun concrete pole & pile is driven by variable speed AC Motor. High centrifugal force extracts the excess water from the fresh concrete placed in the mold. This process makes the concrete extremely denser. This in turn improves the quality of the concrete. The pole produced will have smooth surface with void cross-section.
This cutting machine is a good equipment of mechanical, Electric and hydraulic technology, and easy to operate, high automation. It is widely used for the P. C. Wire cutting. We also supply the wire decoiler for the P.C. Wire.
4. Heading Machine

This machine is used to form button head on both ends of PC Wire (Bar) by direct heating method. It is used for the production of pre-tensioned piles.

5. Tension Jack Machine
Pre-tensioning Machine is used to stress the PC Bar of PC pole/pile. It consists of a hydraulic center-hole cylinder, hydraulic pump and accessories. The hydraulic cylinder is mounted on a trolley support with adjustable height to suit the centerline of the molds. Uniform pre-stressing (tensioning) is applied to all the wires (bars) that result in better quality of product. Capacity: 50-800 ton.
